In the same way, it is vital to assert the present Quality and Environmental Policy as the reference framework for setting and revising Quality and Environmental aims.

BY MEANS OF THIS POLICY THE MANAGEMENT IS COMMITTED TO THE FOLLOWING GENERAL AIMS:

  • To comply with the requirements of the prevailing regulations – including environmental ones – as well as any requirement complementing that to which the company is committed.
  • To implement the measures required to prevent and eliminate any non-conformitiesboth in our services and in Environmental Management.
  • To increase the effectiveness of Group Management and its relationship with the Environment.
  • Reduction of empty mileage to generateless contamination.

In our Headquarters in Alcoy we have our own workshop for truck maintenance. This gives us an edge as it allows us to carry out thorough maintenanceof our vehicle fleet.

In addition, we have incorporateda preventive maintenance system to do our utmost to avoid any breakdowns. The error index is 0.2%, affording reliability of 99.8%. This enables us to be wholly independent from outside workshops as regards the maintenance and repair of our vehicle fleet.
